Rich with a floral nose, this blend of 78% Viognier, 15% Grenache Blanc, and 7% Roussanne shows juicy apricot and white peach, spice and a hint of butterscotch. Food Pairings: fish tacos, asian chicken salad, grilled pork chops. This Winery uses some of the finest vineyards in the Central Coast to source the grapes. A definite must-try!!
